  Our CNC-controlled oxyfuel flame-cutting machines and plasma machine enable us to meet short delivery dates.

  Maximum length: 30.000 mm
   
MERCHANT BARS FLAME CUT FROM PLATES
  Lengths up to 12.000 mm, up to 30.000 mm upon request, specified lengths

  Beveling:
  Two six-axis oxyfuel robots
  Maximum cut-thickness: 300 mm
  Travel range: 4,000 mm
  Working radius: 1,500 mm
   
  Levelling:
  Three-coordinate gantry press
  Maximum pressure: 300 t
  Effective working width: 2,000 mm
   
  We also perform drilling, turning, milling and edge treatment operations.
   
  Sand blasting to SA 2.5 (own blasting shop) or
  protective treatment in accordance with your specifications
  round off our range.
