We take care about your safety while staying at our location. For that you’ll have to follow our safety advices:
it is very important for us that trucks, that collect materials from our warehouses, are in accordance to all important safety instructions. We only load trucks that achieve the following conditions:
- The truck must be suited for the transport of steel products according to our delivery programme
(acc. to German standard VDI 2700).
- The truck must have load securing hooks acc. to EN 12 640.
- The truck has to be equipped with load securing straps acc. to EN 12 195-2 or seizing chains acc. to
EN 12 195-3 and mats to avoid the sliding of the load.
- The truck driver has to wear a helmet acc. to EN 397 and safety footware S3 acc. to. EN 20 345 or
EN 345-1.
- The driver has to follow the instructions of our lading stuff and has to follow all safety instructions in our warehouses.
Trucks that don’t fit our safety requirements as mentionned above, will not be loaded.
If you cooperate with forwarding companies, that collect materials from our warehouses for you, please give our instructions to them.
